Framing Complete
Starting as a single story triplex in Destin, FL was converted into a duplex with plans for a major open living space conversion with mega kitchen, four bathrooms and two bedrooms also added into the blueprints. The team spent time with Customer in mapping out and building her home vision to share with her friends and family. Our crew framed in 6 interior doors with headers, one exterior single door, a double front door with triple king studs for security and 3 new windows.
Siding replacement, Fence + Shed
Our clients in Destin had rotten siding on their home. The team removed the rotten siding, properly wrapped, flashed, insulated the home. We cut several trees, pulled a few stumps, planted a tree, built a fence, shed and replaced the siding with T1-11 smart side, along with new soffits installed and painted satin.

1962 APT REMODEL: POPCORN REMOVAL/LEVEL 5 DRYWALL + PAINT
Modernized Remodeling
We came into this beautiful, small 1962 apartment complex in Pensacola... It needed ceiling remodeling; people tried to do what we accomplished and clearly quit... Instead of removing popcorn that was painted and primed, and full of Asbestos. We decided to do a level five finish. Not only that, we had to roll the ceilings two times with mudd--troweling it out to achieve consistency and floating existing damage for a level, flat and perfectly painted ceiling.
